Our facility is located in the Mustafa Kemal Paşa neighborhood of Avcılar, Istanbul, and offers a safe, organized, and comfortable living space, especially for guests seeking long-term accommodation. Our establishment, consisting of a total of 21 rooms, primarily operates on a monthly rental model, catering to employees, civil servants, and guests who prefer a regular lifestyle. Our floor layout has been specially designed with the comfort and privacy of our guests in mind: 2nd floor: Women only 3rd floor: Men only 4th floor: Family floor The first floor offers different room options operated on a hostel concept. This floor has single, double, and quadruple rooms. Our rooms offer bed-based accommodation, and different guests can share the same room. Our facility is quiet, peaceful, and serves all guests who prefer long or short stays. We do not offer breakfast or restaurant services, but some of our rooms have private kitchens. In addition, there is a small kitchen and washing machine available for shared use on each floor. Guests staying for extended periods can easily prepare their own meals. With our clean, tidy, and secure facilities, we are pleased to welcome guests seeking long-term accommodation with home-like comfort. All rooms are equipped with a TV, refrigerator, toilet, and bathroom. We offer monthly rentals at more affordable rates in Istanbul Avcılar, with a minimum rental period of seven days per room.

We offer long-term accommodation services to company employees. Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day. We have a parking lot and a facial recognition-enabled, password-protected entrance. We are a corporate company with free entry and exit. We would be delighted to host you.
